Ep 321: Beyond 6 Figures Week: Team (#Day3)

Day3 of Beyond 6 Figures Week was a day of radical growth!
(with the chat box bursting with 'thank yous' and coaching a-ha moments; you could almost FEEL the Lord's presence)

By now, 3 days in, you see a pattern in my approach to coaching.

I'm cerebral (...yes, I love to THINK).

Thinking may not be 'sexy' but - with 3 decades of real-world business experience - I KNOW how incredibly valuable thinking is.

Not merely thinking in terms of strategy (though that absolutely IS important)....

...but also thinking in terms of: your THOUGHTS.

I talk about your thoughts a lot because - let's face it: your feelings and actions flow from your thoughts.

In that way, what you think about becomes critical to the results your actions generate.

Some thoughts hold you back, like:

I'm not good enough.
I don't know....
I don't know how to....
I'm not ready
I'm not enough
I don't know enough
I'm not good enough
I'm not an expert (yet)

and the list goes on and on and on and on.

These thoughts come from the enemy.
All lies.
All fear-based.

Only one thing to do with them: REJECTTTTTT!!!

Other thoughts fuel you forward, such as:

I'm ready
I know I can do this
In Christ, even the impossible is possible
I know enough
I can help people
I have value

These thoughts flow from faith.
Faith in who you are & Whose you are.
A firm knowing that, in Christ, you ARE enough.

You (& every entrepreneur) need to be intentional about nurturing these thoughts.

Because they're true (and align with what God's Holy Word says about you).

Faith-filled thoughts create faith-fueled action which generate miraculous results!

Inside every program I offer (whether the Joyful Scaling Mastermind OR Joyful 6 Figures Accelerator), clients get BOTH strategy + mindset.

Because both are necessary!

In today's training portion, I revealed my hiring strategy (for both solopreneurs + those with a team already in place), 3 common mistakes when it comes to hiring AND referenced a podcast episode to go deeper.

 

I coached 3 women & together we accomplished this:

- on the call with Suzanne, we solidified her niche (nailing down your niche is one of my fav things to do)

- Gwendolyn left the call with a clearer picture of how to facilitate her group coaching program & I gave her questions to answer that will allow her to explain the high value of her offer

- I offered input on Marcia's marketing activities, as she gets her life coaching business off the ground while holding down an important corporate job

What a day....praise You, Jesus, for every part of it!
